Hi friends, I'm Rachel.
I am a full-time REALTOR® with LoKation Real Estate, proudly serving Hoover, Birmingham, and communities throughout the Greater Birmingham area.
This community isn't simply where I work. It's home.
I grew up in Indian Springs, Alabama, and I have a genuine love for this area and for helping individuals and families put down roots here, whether they’re buying their very first home, making a move across town, relocating to Alabama, or preparing to sell a home filled with years of memories.
My husband, Dan Saggus, is a Battalion Chief with Center Point Fire District, the busiest fire district in the state of Alabama. Dan also recently earned his real estate license and joined me in the business, allowing us to work together to serve our clients even better. Together, we are raising our two sons, Charlie and Cole, and we absolutely love calling Hoover home. Between family, football and baseball fields, fire department life, real estate, and our community, there usually isn’t much downtime around the Saggus house, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
