I have worked with some excellent realtors over the years … but Rachel is the best. She is smart, hard-working, professional and fun. Buying a home in a tight market can be challenging, but Rachel made it easy for us. She helped us make an offer that was good enough to get the house under contract and quickly off the market, but still at a price with which we were very comfortable. She helped us get a great home inspector and work through a few issues with the seller. The closing was easy and smooth. I am a full-time REALTOR® with LoKation Real Estate, proudly serving Hoover, Birmingham, and communities throughout the Greater Birmingham area. I grew up in Indian Springs, Alabama, so this community isn’t simply where I work—it’s home. I have a genuine love for this area and for helping individuals and families put down roots here, whether they’re buying their very first home, making a move across town, relocating to Alabama, or preparing to sell a home filled with years of memories. My husband, Dan Saggus, is a Battalion Chief with Center Point Fire District, the busiest fire district in the state of Alabama. Dan also recently earned his real estate license and joined me in the business, allowing us to work together to serve our clients even better. Together, we are raising our two sons, Charlie, 14, and Cole, 12, and we absolutely love calling Hoover home. Between family, football and baseball fields, fire department life, real estate, and our community, there usually isn’t much downtime around the Saggus house—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Real estate is far more than a transaction to us. I have built my business around relationships, hard work, strong advocacy, and a level of service that goes well beyond putting a sign in the yard or opening a door.
